This page explains how your order is fulfilled after payment and the service targets we work to.
How fulfillment works
Fulfillment is manual. After we receive a verified payment, we purchase the shipping label, upload the label PDF, and email it to you.
Service targets
Our target is to fulfill your order within 48 calendar hours of verified payment.
Internally we are alerted if an order has not been started within 24 hours and we escalate at 36 hours.
Our internal target from label upload to the email reaching you is 4 hours.
Transit estimate
Shipping from the United States to Algeria is estimated at 18–20 business days. This is an estimate, not a delivery date.
